At Henry’s Custom Market, we offer both personalized and non-customized items, each with different return conditions. Please review our policy below:
🎨 Custom & Personalized Items

All customized or personalized items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.

Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.

If the item arrives damaged, please see the Damaged Items section below.
🛍️ Non-Customized Items
We accept returns on non-custom items under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 1 day of receiving the product to request a replacement.
To request a replacement, email us at henryscustommarket@gmail.com with the following:

📸 Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

📦 A photo of the packaging (if possible)

🧾 Your order number
Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
