🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Henry’s Custom Market

At Henry’s Custom Market, we offer both personalized and non-customized items, each with different return conditions. Please review our policy below:


🎨 Custom & Personalized Items

  • All customized or personalized items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.

  • Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.

  • If the item arrives damaged, please see the Damaged Items section below.


🛍️ Non-Customized Items

We accept returns on non-custom items under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 1 day of receiving the product to request a replacement.

To request a replacement, email us at henryscustommarket@gmail.com with the following:

  • 📸 Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • 📦 A photo of the packaging (if possible)

  • 🧾 Your order number

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
